  • 2 oz GOLD BAR®
  • 1.5 oz Grapefruit juice
  • 0.5 oz Luxardo
  • 0.5 oz Peychaud Apertivo

IG user @bitterbotwin shared this riff on the Union Club cocktail found in The Canon Cocktail Book.  Another adaptation Joe suggests is topping off it with Prosecco for your next brunch cocktail.

Shake all with ice, strain into coupe, and garnish with citrus (pictured here: a dehydrated grapefruit slice).
