GOLD BAR IS GOLD FINISHED WHISKEY
As posted on LUX EXPOSE
Gold Bar gold finished whiskey is the extravagant spirit which passes through the filter made of 24-karat gold flakes.
Gold Bar is a blend of American whiskies drawn from Kentucky and Indiana distilleries. Later on the spirit is sent to “follow the same cross-country journey made by fortune seekers of the last 175 years to the Golden State of California,” where it is passed through a filter made of 24-karat flakes before being bottled at 80 proof.
The packaging of the gold finished whiskey Gold Bar is as eccentric as the beverage itself. Each individually numbered bottle is presented in a box designed to mimic the look of the actual gold bar. A special “Lady of Fortune” coin made from bronze , which is a replica of some hand-sculpted, 24-karat gold coins, is pressed into the front of each glass bottle. The had-sculpted 24-karat gold coins offer luck and prosperity to those who enjoy Gold Bar spirit. Both the bronze and gold coins, “inspired by the world’s most renowned heroines of victory,” were made at what’s described as America’s oldest operating private mint.
Gold Bar is made up of 88% corn, 9% rye, 2% barley. The spirit has a clear, golden amber color, with a herbaceous, spicy aroma of clove and cardamom. On the palette it starts with spice and apples with fresh citrus balanced with honey, and the finish is smooth and balanced with no roughness or bitterness, according to the brand’s tasting notes.
