Beauregard’s Golden Breakfast

1 Oz Gold Bar Whiskey
0.5 Oz Amaro Montenegro
0.5 Oz Chambord
0.5 Oz Fresh lemon juice
Dash of cherry bitters

Beauregard’s Breakfast Cocktail is traditionally made using blueberry jam and bourbon. Our take on Beauregard’s Breakfast makes the traditional breakfast cocktail ‘golden’ by using our award winning Gold Bar Whiskey instead of bourbon. We also exchanged blueberry jam for Chambord, a black raspberry liqueur with a blackberry for garnish. Feel free to mash in any fresh berries you have.

Combine all ingredients in a shaker with ice and shake very well. Strain and serve up in your favorite vintage glass with a blackberry for garnish
