We are located in the historic city of San Francisco in the Golden State of California and conveniently located an hour drive south from the idyllic Napa Valley, the heart of California’s wine country.
Our barrel rickhouse sits beneath rustic Californian Redwood beams where our whiskey is finished and double matured in used wine barrels chosen from select wineries in the Napa Valley.
Following wine barrel finishing, the whiskies are married in one of our vintage 1,300 gallon French oak vatting tanks, which are used for resting and consistency before final tasting and bottling.
Our oak marrying vats have been used for over three decades to age premium Californian wines, imparting an extra touch of California into the whiskies.
