The Experience

More Than a Cocktail Class

Our private cocktail classes are a guided, hands-on experience where your group learns to craft cocktails using premium spirits, all while enjoying one of the most unique venues in the Bay Area. Guests take part in a guided whiskey or gin tasting, learning how the spirits are produced and what makes each expression unique. Led by an expert mixologist, you’ll create three full-size craft cocktails while picking up tips and techniques along the way.

The experience is interactive and social, complete with complimentary nuts and olives, a take-home keepsake, and incredible views of the San Francisco Bay with unforgettable sunset backdrops. All of this takes place inside the historic former Pan Am Art Deco airport from the late 1930s, where guests will also learn about the rich history of Treasure Island and the iconic building itself.

Mocktail and non-alcoholic options are available upon request!

We accommodate private cocktail classes for groups of 10 or more. For smaller groups, check out our public cocktail classes.

We recommend booking at least 4-6 weeks in advance, especially for weekend events. Popular dates fill up fast, but we can sometimes accomodate for last minute bookings.

Absolutely. We can adjust cocktail ingredients and food packages for dietary needs. Let us know in your inquiry. We also offer mocktails and non-alcoholic options.

Yes - free parking is available on-site at Treasure Island. We can also arrange shuttle or ferry coordination for your group.
