Transport back into the 30s when you step into this gorgeous distillery with a long gold bar and a wall covered in gold bars.

RECEPTION AREA

Allow your guests the luxury of space by expanding into our lobby area. You can design this historic area to your own liking using our own in-house services; you won't have to lift a finger.

OUTDOOR GROUNDS

If you are looking for a large outdoor area for your event, rent out a portion of our parking lot and make the space into anything you desire.

CHEF XAVIER

Chef Xavier has travelled all over the world learning the mechanics that make each culture's food authentic and unique. In Madrid, he he found his passion for cooking; in Paris, he found his love of pastries and baking; and in San Francisco, he developed the experience to expand his abilities into multiple different cuisines while working in several Michellin Star restaurants.

Chef Xavier has meticulously crafted a food menu to match the history and journey to Treasure Island, so, that your pallet can taste the experience of Treasure Island in its beginning days.

Mini Poke bowls with radish, cucumber, tuna poke tossed in soy sauce infused with Pacific House Deep Umami gin, avocado, ginger, seaweed salad, and an array of seaweed. Served with chopsticks.

Lobster and crab meat corn dogs, served with a garlic aioli sauce. This dish is an elevated throwback to the 1939 World's fair which occurred on Treasure Island and is the reason Treasure Island was built.

Creamy Saffron risotto served with a sautéed portobello mushroom.

Garlic Pork slider with tomato cheese, and a garlic aioli sauce topped with an olive.

Soup dumplings served in a bamboo basket with edible flowers and black vinegar aged in our whiskey barrels.

Delicious classed San Francisco Grilled cheese on sourdough bread filled with mozzarella cheese, served with a divine creamy tomato soup using oregano, and crushed red pepper.

Lobster tar tat wrapped in green and yellow zucchini. Served with a lobster tail and creamy hollandaise sauce.

Sirloin steak skewers with bell peppers, onions and mushrooms, served with chimichurri sauce

Learn the art of crafting our signature whiskey and gin cocktails. Taught by our seasoned mixologists, this hands-on experience lets you concoct and savor different cocktails to gauge your mixology prowess!

GUIDED WHISKEY & GIN TASTING

Taste whiskey and gin made right here on Treasure Island. Our mixologist will guide you through how they are made, tasting notes and flavors, and the history of Treasure Island.

CURATED COCKTAIL TASTING

Mini cocktails are served along with an explanation of how they are made, flavor profiles, and spirit notes. Our mixologists love discussing ingredient choices and food pairings.
